The EB-3 visa is a category of employment-based immigration visa for the United States. The EB-3 visa is divided into three subcategories: unskilled workers, skilled workers, and professionals. The unskilled category is intended for unskilled foreign workers who are able to perform labor that is not of a professional or highly skilled nature and jobs which require less than two years of training or experience.
